Jon and I went to a friend's house to take in fireworks last night and this is what we saw when we pulled up. Unfortunately when the show started we couldn't see it so we drove down the street real quick to find a view of the show (so no pictures of fireworks... oh well).
Jon is four now and we just never got around to putting pictures from his birthday online.

It was a pirate themed party (by Jon's choosing) and Noelle did an awesome job putting together activities that were both super fun and made sense with the theme... and just wait till you see the cake Nana made...
The pictures came up in kind of a random order and I'm feeling too lazy to fix it so here you have it:
This is a game of cannon balls... the team with the least balls in their "ship" when time expires wins and sinks the other team's ship.
And in this game teams had to bail the water out of their boats faster than the other team. One tip... if you are going to play this game with kids don't put a full bag of ice in each cooler. They had a lot of fun but got way too cold...

And I'm not quite sure where Nana got this pinata, probably Price Busters or something like that, but it was totally rad.
